Daniel Burkhardt, MSRE, CCIM of NAI Hallmark Partners was awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute on October 24th.  Mr. Burkhardt was one of the 221 new Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designees, and at 24 years old, was the youngest in the State of Florida welcomed during its annual meeting in Denver. The CCIM Institute confers the CCIM designation, commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement.

To earn the prestigious CCIM designation, commercial real estate professionals must complete more than 200 hours of case-study driven education covering topics such as interest-based negotiation, financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis, investment analysis, and ethics for commercial investment real estate.  Candidates must also compile a portfolio demonstrating the depth of their commercial real estate experience and pass a comprehensive examination.

“Each designee has worked very hard and has put forth ample effort into achieving the CCIM designation, which will pay off throughout their entire commercial real estate career,” said Karl Landreneau, CCIM, CCIM Institute 2014 President. “I am pleased to welcome this new group of designees into our esteemed network of CCIM real estate professionals that are consistently sought out in the industry for their competence, work ethic and analysis expertise.”
