220 Riverside will be adding a local restaurant to its roster of ground floor tenants.
The owners of the Candy Apple Café & Cocktails will open a new concept at the base of Unity Plaza park, Alex Coley, principal and co-founder of NAI Hallmark Partners and the developer of 220 Riverside, told the Business Journal.
Mother-daughter duo Liz and Jennifer Earnest, owners of Chef’s Garden Catering & Events, partnered with Alan and Ellen Cottrill, owners of River City Contractors and Millwork Design Studio, to open Candy Apple at 400 North Hogan Street, in the same building as Sweet Pete’s new Downtown location.
