The 41,102-square-foot building is located at 4063 Salisbury Road in Jacksonville’s Southpoint Office Park, one of the top performing office submarkets in the city.
Interra Capital Group is a private equity real estate firm based in Houston, TX, which focuses on commercial, industrial, retail and healthcare real estate investments. This is the group’s first acquisition in Jacksonville.
