Buck Poderski, Vice President of Multifamily Investment Sales at NAI, specializes in the brokerage of middle-market, value-add multifamily assets throughout Tallahassee, Gainesville, Daytona Beach and the Space Coast.

Prior to NAI, Buck leveraged his experience in asset management and equity raising into a successful role as managing director at GREA in Dallas, Texas where he focused on value-add, multifamily investment sales. During that time, Buck facilitated the sale of over $250MM of assets, working closely with an array of private equity, high-net-worth individuals and family offices. He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and finance from the University of North Florida and is a licensed real estate associate in Florida.

Having grown up on the Treasure Coast in Florida, Buck spends his free time outdoors surfing and fishing.
