Patrick Carney joined NAI Hallmark in 2017 after earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of North Florida in a supporting role focusing on office products. Over the past three years, he has become an expert in his market segment specializing in office leasing and landlord and tenant representation across Jacksonville.
Mr. Carney understands the value of real estate and what it means to each of his clients, whether it be successfully leasing up an asset to achieve financial stability and a strong ROI or procuring an office that encourages a strong identity and culture that allows a business to flourish. Driven by the unique value that real estate can offer, it has become a passion for Mr. Carney to serve businesses and investors to meet their needs and contribute to a growing Jacksonville market.
Working with a range of clients from individual investors to local business owners to national institutional investors, he has successfully facilitated over 120 transactions amounting to 800,000 square feet leased and/or sold and $65 million in total value consideration. Such clients have included well-known names such as Made In Space, ADP, Healogics, and NOVA Southeastern University among many others.
Luke Feldman, MSRE joined NAI Hallmark in 2017 after earning his Master of Science degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida and has quickly become an expert specializing in the sale and acquisition of value-add investment properties across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida. Working with a range of clients from individual investors, local business owners, and national institutional investors, Mr. Feldman has successfully completed over 50 transactions amounting to more than 730,000 square feet sold with $65 million in total value consideration.
In 2019, Mr. Feldman assisted in creating a specialty retail team focusing on the sale of traditional strip retail centers and specialty assets including churches, childcare facilities, and schools. Mr. Feldman’s expertise with investment sales adds significant value to his clients in facilitating successful negotiations and maximizing capital gains for investors through a proven investment sales process. Many of his clients include Southeastern Retina Specialists, Medtown Pharmacy, Onicx Construction, and Vestcor among other local and national brands.
