The property, also known as Metro Square 95, is an eight-building, 470,000 square foot, suburban office and retail complex located in the heart of Jacksonville’s South Metro Business District, between I-95 and Philips Highway (US-1) on Emerson Street. Prescott Group acquired the property in January 2019.
