Chia Lin joined NAI Hallmark in 2022 as Vice President of Property Accounting. With over 10 years of accounting experience, Chia has a strong understanding of property management accounting and finance. Chia successfully manages the financial operations of numerous commercial properties. 

Chia is responsible for overseeing the accounting team who perform day-to-day accounting operations of a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Chia has a demonstrated track record of enhancing financial processes and procedures, resulting in increased financial reporting reliability and precision. She is adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and has experience in managing a team of accounting professionals. 

With a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results, Chia is a valuable leader for the property accounting management team. 

Prior to joining the NAI Hallmark team, Chia had tremendous successes at Regency Centers as a Property Accounting Manager. Her portfolio consisted of 52 shopping centers with over 1,000 tenants in the Atlanta and Carolina region.

In her free time, Chia enjoys travel, hiking, finding new food places, and doing outdoor activities with her children.
