Christian Harden is a Managing Partner of NAI Hallmark and currently oversees company operations and brokerage services division. Christian represents institutional owners, private companies, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of commercial real estate assets.
As a Tenant Representation Expert, Christian works with clients to identify and align strategic business, financial and operational objectives with real estate requirements through acquisition, renewal, relocation, expansion or consolidation services.
Christian provides a consultative and holistic approach in assisting companies address their cultural, financial and operational issues with a specific focus on reducing their real estate spend. Focused on exceeding client expectations, Christian has a proven record for creative problem solving, execution processes, timely responsiveness, and attention to detail. This type of performance provides solutions for complex real estate transactions that are financially beneficial to his clients.
