Dane C. Hurst Promoted to Director of Property Management for NAI Hallmark

NAI Hallmark is pleased to announce the promotion of Dane C. Hurst to Director of Property Management. In his new role, Mr. Hurst will have expanded responsibilities relating to the oversight of NAI Hallmark’s property management staff and building engineers while continuing to manage a considerable portfolio of properties.

“We are truly excited about Dane’s new leadership position and his focus on the continued growth and improvement of our property management division,” said Keith Goldfaden, Managing Partner. “Dane has the rare ability to create meaningful relationships with our owners, tenants and vendors, while having a great understanding of the technical nuisances of the property management business.”

Mr. Hurst has been with NAI Hallmark since 2015, when he joined the firm as Property Manager. He has over 14 years of experience in project management and supervisory roles relating to the real estate industry. Since 2015, Mr. Hurst’s career has focused on property management, appraisal and valuation of various types of commercial real estate including retail buildings and shopping centers, office and industrial buildings, as well as special purpose properties including schools and churches within the Jacksonville Metropolitan area.

“Third party property management is a competitive and challenging world; refining our process will give us a competitive advantage,” said Hurst. “I look forward to deepening the relationship with our current clients while forging new relationships that will ensure NAI Hallmark’s growth in the future.”

Mr. Hurst earned Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of North Florida. He also has a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida.
