Scope of Service Experience

Eric Yi joined NAI Hallmark in 2019 after serving his hometown of Jacksonville for several years in the commercial real estate retail market specializing in landlord/seller rep and investment sales. Applying his expertise and familiarity with the market, Eric discovers unique opportunities and believes that the process is just a valuable as the end result.

Eric has a passion for determining and understanding goals, developing and communicating an effective game plan, then taking the essential steps to achieve those goals.

Background and Experience

Eric is proud to call Jacksonville his hometown; growing up in Mandarin and graduating from Stanton College Preparatory School. His long-term understanding of the area yields a genuine desire for building relationships and discovering new potential in the market. Before getting into commercial real estate, Eric served as a teacher at Darnell Cookman School of the Medical Arts while also coaching football as an offensive coordinator at his alma mater, Stanton College Preparatory School.

Eric’s background in sport management merges well with the properties and clients he serves as he works to develop and execute a game plan and work through inevitable hurdles to help clients and their businesses thrive. He learned through his teaching and coaching experience that success comes from detailed preparation and effectively communicating expectations. Eric is an avid sports fan and self-proclaimed foodie, loves traveling and spending time with his family. He is a member of Parkwood Baptist Church.
