Jason Purdy, Vice President Industrial Specialist

Jason Purdy is a Vice President of Industrial Brokerage where he specializes in leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial properties. Acting as a liaison between owners and occupiers, Jason creates significant value for owners by aligning and executing a solution that benefits all parties.

As a transplant to Jacksonville, Jason recognizes the importance of a vibrant city with unlimited potential to assist clients with making strategic real estate decisions for their business. Jason provides industrial owners and users with the local knowledge needed to maximize the value of their assets.

Prior to joining NAI Hallmark in 2016, Jason worked for Merrill Edge as a licensed financial advisor providing holistic financial advice to mass affluent clients. In 2009, Jason received his Master of Business Administration from the University of West Florida after completing his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Management from the Hickingbotham School of Business at Ouachita Baptist University.

As a former collegiate swimmer, Jason stays active running and competing in triathlons. Jason also enjoys traveling and trying new local restaurants with his wife and daughter.
