Jeffrey A. Conn has been active in the real estate industry since 1972. He is a co-founder of Hallmark Partners, formed in 1993, and actively involved in NAI Hallmark.
Mr. Conn was first employed for sixteen years with Alliance Mortgage Company, a Florida-based, statewide mortgage banking firm. During his tenure, he spent the first twelve years in South Florida focusing on new loan originations and the subsequent remaining four years directing the company’s commercial production division headquartered in Jacksonville.
He has overseen the development of seven grocery-anchored shopping centers totaling 525,000 square feet with an aggregate value of over $90,000,000. Each of the construction loans for these properties was paid off in full and on time. Six of the properties have subsequently been sold to Life Insurance companies or Real Estate Investment Trusts.
Mr. Conn is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida.
