John Rutherford, Senior Vice President Multifamily Investment Sales

John Rutherford brings over 10 years of commercial investment sales experience to his role as Senior Vice President of Multifamily Investment Sales for NAI Hallmark. Specializing in the sale of multifamily properties in the greater Jacksonville area, John is well-known for his professionalism and integrity.

Prior to joining NAI Hallmark, John Rutherford served as a director focusing on multifamily brokerage and investment sales amongst the greater Northeast and Central Florida marketplace. During his tenure in the industry, Rutherford has successfully brokered over $500 million in investment sales and financing transactions through a strong investor network of large private and institutional clients.

Rutherford’s extensive commercial real estate experience includes operations, analytics, and asset management in varying niche sectors of multifamily investment. This wide-ranging experience has afforded him the opportunity to collaborate with top industry minds to push innovation in the commercial real estate industry.
