Kevin Wade, Junior Financial Analyst of Multifamily Investment Sales at NAI, specializes in back-end programming, financial modeling, and property valuation. In his role, Kevin consistently delivers measurable improvements by implementing novel automation programs to streamline model performance and reduce turnaround times.

Prior to joining NAI, Kevin applied his analytical experience across multiple industries, including wine importation, corporate advisory, property management, and sustainable agriculture. Kevin holds dual degrees in pure mathematics and the classics from Hampden-Sydney College.

As a Virginia native, Kevin put down roots in Jacksonville in 2020 and is proud that his family now calls the First Coast “home.”
