Luke Feldman, Associate Investment Specialist

Luke Feldman joined NAI Hallmark in 2017 and specializes in the disposition of office and retail properties throughout the Jacksonville MSA. He is involved in the whole sales process, from planning the marketing strategy to communicating with principals and brokers during underwriting. Luke acts as a liaison between prospective buyers and the owners he represents, to facilitate successful negotiations.

Luke Feldman currently works on the retail investment team with Bryan Mickler, which focuses on adding value to strip retail properties through additional leasing opportunities. Once the property is stabilized, the investment team maximizes capital gains for investors through a proven investment sales process.

Since he joined the company, Luke has completed over $50 million in sales transactions with the investment sales team for office and retail properties. Prior to joining Hallmark, Luke interned for Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group (Now Avison Young) in Gainesville, while obtaining his Bachelor’s in Finance from the Warrington School of Business. At Front Street, Luke assisted brokers located in Gainesville, Orlando, and South Florida branches regarding landlord and tenant representation for office and retail properties. In 2017, he received his M.S. in Real Estate from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business.
