Ross McCarthy is the latest addition to the multifamily team as an operations analyst. Ross provides in-depth market research and submarket analysis to deliver effective support for our team and client.

Through leveraging the team’s process, Ross is able to keep up with current sales trends and accurately analyze comparable properties.

Ross is native of the first coast, growing up in Ponte Vedra and attending the University of North Florida. Prior to joining the team, Ross served as a commercial credit servicing specialist at Bank of America, dealing with large corporate business to business lending affairs. Ross conducted lending analysis and processed large volume transactions through the bank’s Loan smart system. He has also assisted his family in maintaining their multifamily investments.
