Sarah Teagle joined NAI Hallmark in 2022 as Vice President specializing in office leasing and sales, along with tenant representation. Bringing over 17 years of experience as a licensed sales associate, Sarah has worked in land acquisition and housing developments, as well as led a multi-state business expansion.

Serving as the Vice President, Office Specialist, Sarah plays a major role in building new client relationships, formulating thoughtful analyses of client properties, and advising clients in their individualized real estate investments. With a passion for commercial real estate development and architectural design, Sarah has a talent for creating and expertly communicating successful design and vision for real estate. Sarah’s smart, strategic planning has helped many businesses reach their potential by implementing proven principles of success.

Prior to joining the NAI Hallmark team, Sarah had tremendous successes at Perdue Office Interiors as the Senior Business Development Manager, where she provided innovative workplace solutions for companies of all sizes.

Sarah has lived in the historic San Marco neighborhood in Jacksonville, FL for 20 years. An established member of the Jacksonville community, Sarah understands place-based economic development and the importance of encouraging local economic growth. With her expansive knowledge of the area, Sarah can find perfect prospects for the local market.

Outside of work, Sarah has a passion for volleyball and coaching others. Sarah spent 8-years coaching the Jacksonville Juniors Volleyball Association National teams. You can also find her spending time with family, being outdoors, and supporting local businesses.
