Shannon Carper joined NAI Hallmark in 2022 as a property manager. Shannon is well-versed in a variety of property types and currently oversees a mixed portfolio of office, industrial, and retail space. Shannon is skilled in managing large-scale properties, negotiating leases, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords.

Shannon’s commitment to excellence and desire to exceed expectations has assisted many businesses in reaching their full potential by implementing tried-and-true success principles. An effective communicator, Shannon builds strong, long-lasting relationships with all stakeholders. Being a proactive problem-solver and having a keen eye for detail, she ensures that properties are well-maintained and operate smoothly.

Shannon began her property management career in Tallahassee, FL, where she built a solid foundation and developed a passion for the real estate industry. With 10 years in the industry, she has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of commercial property management. Prior to joining the NAI Hallmark team, Shannon was a real estate manager for Sleiman Enterprises.

Shannon lives in St. Johns County with her husband and daughter.  In her free time, Shannon enjoys traveling with her family and being a part of the Jacksonville community.
