Those with SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals for their knowledge and expertise, dedication, and ethics.

To achieve the SIOR designation, Mr. Harden, SIOR completed at least five years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of office real estate; met stringent education requirements; and demonstrated professional ability, competency, ethical conduct, and personal integrity.

A graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Harden has served the Jacksonville market representing institutional owners, private companies, investors and developers in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and management of commercial real estate assets. Mr. Harden has completed over 4,000,000 square feet of office and industrial space with a total transaction consideration of $150 million since 2009. As a Jacksonville native, Mr. Harden takes great pride in serving his community and currently sits on the City of Jacksonville Downtown Development Review Board and is on the Museum of Science and History (MOSH) Board of Trustees. Mr. Harden has been awarded CoStar’s Power Broker award in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2017.
