55 condominiums offer unique luxury riverfront lifestyle further boosting downtown revitalization

Hallmark Partners, a full-service commercial real estate company with a portfolio of more than $400 million in property developments, revealed plans for Beacon Riverside, a luxury condominium tower on the St. Johns River in historic Riverside. Beacon Riverside is the first condominium building under development in Jacksonville in nearly a decade.
