Another Broken Egg signed a lease for 3,800 square feet with an outdoor patio at Plantation Crossing located at 1782 Blanding Boulevard in Middleburg, Florida. Another Broken Egg will be a new construction expansion of the existing shopping center situated at the center of a retail hub in Clay County at the northeast corner of Blanding Boulevard and Branan Field Road between Walmart, The Home Depot and Lowes. The location is expected to open in Fall of 2023.
NAI Hallmark’s Senior Associate and Retail Specialist, Austin Kay represented the landlord in the transaction. Apple Land Homes, LLC represented the tenant.
