Scope of Service Experience

Austin Kay joined NAI Hallmark in 2019 as Vice President specializing in retail investment sales and leasing. He brings with him several years of experience in many different avenues of commercial real estate. From retail landlord leasing and investment properties to multi-family investments, office and medical investments, and retail tenant representation. After careful consideration and gaining knowledge in the commercial real estate business as a whole, he has now decided to shift his focus and develop a true niche in the retail market.

Background and Experience

Mr. Kay began his real estate career in residential sales, where he quickly became a top listing and sales agent. As is a seasoned veteran of the industry, Mr. Kay has successfully closed more than $55M in transactions mostly by creating value adds to clients through landlord lease-ups and re-selling stabilized investment properties.

Originally from Jacksonville, Mr. Kay has split his time between South Carolina and Northeast Florida for the majority of his life and is excited to be a part of developing the city he calls home. He has extensive knowledge of the local market and has leveraged his deep-rooted connections to Jacksonville to aid in both his, and his client’s success. He enjoys sports, traveling, and exploring all types of cuisines.
