Austin Kay is a Vice President of Retail Sales for NAI Hallmark and one of Jacksonville’s leading retail real estate brokers. With over $75 million in transactions, he has been recognized as a Top Leasing Broker by the CoStar Group consistently since 2016. Austin attributes his success to his passion for community and commitment to his clients.
As a Jacksonville native, and accomplished real estate professional, Austin recognizes the value of our city and works with business owners and investors who believe in its future. His extensive client base includes local and national retail brands including Amazon, Superfit Foods, Go Pro Tennis, My Salon Suites, Anytime Fitness, Tuff Shed, and AutoZone.
After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from the Darla Moore School of Business of the University of South Carolina, Austin returned to Jacksonville to pursue a career in real estate.
Austin is an ardent admirer of local cuisine, travel, and is an advocate for local business owners.
