NAI Hallmark Collaborates with Prime Realty to Broker Sale of 138,206 SF Retail Space for $5,300,000

NAI Hallmark announced today that Austin Kay and Eric Yii, in collaboration with Matthew Clark of Prime Realty, have represented the seller, Buffalo Land Company LLC, in the sale of 3101 South Orlando Drive in Sanford, Florida 32773 (the “Property”). The Property consists of 138,206 square feet situated on 14 acres of land. The buyer, U-Haul, acquired the Property for $5,300,000 ($38/SF).

“We knew from the beginning that U-Haul would be the perfect candidate to repurpose the property,” said Eric Yi, Senior Associate – Retail Specialist with NAI Hallmark. “From there it was just a matter of creating a deal that worked for both parties. We are happy to see life come to a property that sat vacant for so long.”

The Property is the former the site of big-box retailer, Kmart, and is located immediately south of the entrance and exit to State Road 417 in Sanford, Florida.
