Keith Goldfaden, Daniel Burkhardt and Luke Feldman of NAI Hallmark announced today that they represented the seller in the sale of 2601 North Ponce De Leon Boulevard. The Property, located in a highly visible location on U.S. 1 next to CVS in Saint Augustine, is a two-story office/retail building consisting of 6,300 square feet. The buyer acquired the property for $1,800,000 and plans to occupy the building.
