The Property is located near the River City Shopping Center in the Northside of Jacksonville with proximity to the Jacksonville International Airport and the new Amazon site. The buyer, Corner Lot Development, is planning a town home development to serve the Northside of Jacksonville that has little townhome inventory and where demand continues to increase for this type of product. The price for this transaction closed at $2,000,000.
