JACKSONVILLE, FL, November 2, 2020 — NAI Hallmark, a leading commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm in Jacksonville announces the sale of Fleming Island Medical Plaza I & II in Fleming Island, Florida (the “Property”). The transaction was brokered by Senior Vice President Daniel Burkhardt, SIOR, CCIM and Managing Partner Keith Goldfaden on behalf of the seller, Fleming Island Medical Plaza LLC and Fleming Island Medical Plaza II LLC. Woodside Health purchased the Property for $6,750,000.

The Property is located at 1681, 1685, 1689 & 1675, 1677, 1679 Eagle Harbor Parkway in Fleming Island, Florida 32003, and consists of six multi-tenanted medical office buildings totaling 46,357 square feet situated on 4.14 acres of land. At the time of sale, the Property was 83% occupied by medical tenants including First Coast Cardiovascular, St. Johns Vein Center, JE Foot and Ankle, Brooks Rehabilitation, and numerous others.
