The Property is a single-story building consisting of 5 individual condo units totaling 6,000 square feet located off of I-295 and Baymeadows Road. The buyer acquired the property for $1,080,000.
“The Property was purchased by an owner occupant who was attracted to the property because of its current layout and ease of access to I-295 and Butler Boulevard. The previous tenant was Advanced Dermatology, which allowed the buyer to perform minimal renovations after the purchase for a similar medical use,” said Patrick Carney, Associate at NAI Hallmark. “We are seeing an increasing amount of interest in this area for owner occupants, especially medical users.”
