NAI Hallmark Managing Partner Keith Goldfaden and Senior Vice President Daniel Burkhardt, SIOR, CCIM, MSRE, represented the seller, Branan Field Walk LLC. The buyer, Whitehall Acquisition II, LLC. purchased the Property for $6,613,000.
