The Property, which is situated on 1.5 acres, was originally developed by renowned architect Henry Klutho in 1902 and restored in 1981. JWB Real Estate Capital purchased the property for $2,605,000. NAI Hallmark will retain leasing and property management services for the Property on behalf of JWB.

Designed by architect Henry John Klutho after the Great Fire of 1901, the Property was restored in 1981 preserving many of the original features. In an effort to revitalize one of the few remaining historical mansions in Jacksonville, the new owner, JWB Real Estate Capital, has many planned improvements in mind such as landscaping, installing an exterior lift, updating staircases, and updating restrooms to bring the building up to ADA and modern quality standards.
