Daniel began his career at NAI Hallmark in 2022 as an assistant property manager, working alongside Shannon Carper on a variety of property types. Their portfolio included a mix of office, industrial, and retail space. In 2023, Daniel was promoted to property manager. With a comprehensive understanding of property management principles, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination, Daniel is an invaluable asset to the NAI Hallmark property management team. Daniel’s strong performance standards assure tenant happiness and the long-term viability of the properties he oversees. 

Before joining NAI Hallmark, Daniel served as a property manager for Crest Realty, working on multiple properties across Florida. During his tenure at Crest, Daniel was tasked with revamping seven failing properties. Although these properties were expected to be a loss, Daniel and his team were able to turn a profit of up to two million dollars on several. 

Daniel lives in downtown Jacksonville and in his free time, focuses his attention on fitness and playing music.
