In 2011, Jacksonville-based Brooks Rehabilitation partnered with NAI Hallmark Partners for management of all real estate services, including representation on 28 OT/PT clinics throughout the state of Florida. This specialized effort is part of the NAI Hallmark Partners Corporate Services offering. As part of the comprehensive portfolio analysis, Hallmark introduced the concept of a “Flagship clinic,” a scalable floor plan designed to optimize patient service and serve as an iconic representation of the Brooks’ brand.

After two years of conceptual development and coordination with architects, contractors, and engineers, a Wells Road location was selected to serve the growing community in Orange Park. Christian Harden, Vice President with NAI Hallmark Partners, represented Brooks Rehabilitation in the acquisition of this site.

“We are very excited about the opportunity and awareness that the flagship project will bring to Brooks to help us serve a greater patient population in Orange Park. ” said Amanda Osborne, Outpatient Executive Director at Brooks Rehabilitation. “The Hallmark team has been instrumental in guiding the project from concept through to construction.”

This 10,000 square-foot facility, sited on 3.5 acres at the corner of Wells Road and Park Avenue and fee developed by NAI Hallmark Partners, will be an iconic representation of Brooks Rehabilitation and its dedication to the most advanced therapies for all patients and will represent home care to raise general awareness for their system services in Orange Park. Brooks Rehabilitation is the largest provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy in Northeast Florida.
