The seller was FT Real Estate Acquisition Company represented by Mark Wainwright of Pine Street / RPS.
The property is comprised of a 16,300 square foot industrial warehouse built in 1988 situated on a full acre with a fenced yard. US Chrome is excited to open its first Florida production plant at this location. “After considering several different markets, Jacksonville became the clear frontrunner with its location, temperate climate and skilled workforce.
