The multifamily property is located at 5800 University Boulevard West, in Jacksonville, Florida. Senior Vice President John Rutherford and Vice President Luke McCann brokered the transaction on behalf of Mesos Capital & Lotus Capital, the Seller, and Fincapital Investments, the Buyer.
