NAI Hallmark Partners, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, announced today that it has been selected to represent the sale of the Yates Family YMCA site on behalf of YMCA of Florida’s First Coast.

“It’s a privilege to partner with the YMCA not only to capitalize this long held asset but to identify a buyer who can be a good neighbor to the new riverfront YMCA and the entire Brooklyn community.”
Dave Auchter, Executive Vice President of NAI Hallmark Partners

Auchter and Carmen Mantay will lead the sales effort for NAI Hallmark Partners. The sale of the current YMCA site makes way for the new waterfront Riverside YMCA, a historic $20+ million dollar investment adjacent to the current YMCA property. The project broke ground last month and is expected to be delivered fall 2016.
