NAI Hallmark Partners, leasing agent for EastGroup Properties Inc. (NYSE:EGP) representing their industrial portfolio for Jacksonville, FL, announced today that it has completed a long-term lease that will bring The Supply Source to Deerwood Distribution Center at 8500 Baycenter Road. The Jacksonville-headquartered supply chain management company will move their corporate headquarters on June 1, 2013 to a 69,098 square foot space, which represents the largest industrial lease in 2013 for the Southside market. NAI Hallmark Partners’ Patrick Thornton, Principal and Christian Harden, Vice President represented EastGroup Properties Inc. in the transaction.

Deerwood Distribution Center, a 130,000-square-foot multi-tenant warehouse facility located in the Baymeadows submarket on Jacksonville’ s Southside, was one of the earliest warehouse projects delivered in the Deerwood Center Business Park and is leased exclusively by NAI Hallmark Partners.
