HP 500 LLC, an affiliate of Hallmark Partners Inc., the Jacksonville-based developer of Beacon Riverside, unveiled its new Beacon Riverside Sales Gallery and residential tower to the northeast Florida realtor community with a special event held at the Gallery on Tuesday evening, February 11. The Gallery is located at 806 Riverside Avenue in historic Riverside, directly across from The Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens.

Over 200 realtors attended the event to learn about this new upscale condominium development. The Hallmark team was on hand to greet visitors and answer detailed questions about the tower, including founding partners Alex Coley and Jeff Conn, multifamily principal overseeing the development Bryan Weber, Senior Vice President Keith Goldfaden and lead Sales Associate Debra Riley. Hallmark has over 20 years of experience with successful commercial and residential development in northeast Florida and has produced some of the area’s premier condominium residences.

“The overwhelming realtor interest further validates what we identified during the early days of the project,” said Bryan Weber. “Existing area condo inventory is approaching a decade old and there is a real demand for modern design standards and amenities, especially located in our dynamic Riverside neighborhood.”

Realtors learned of the special location on the St. Johns River in Riverside and the upscale quality of the exclusive 45-unit building with floor plans ranging from 2,400 to 5,000 square feet in size and a full complement of amenities and services for owners. An early reservation program is underway prior to the target contract date of mid-March. The tower is expected to start construction in May of this year with completion scheduled for the end of 2015.
