Congratulations to the team at NAI Hallmark Partners who are part of the POND/Michael Baker International team that was awarded the Jacksonville Transportation Authority regional transportation center design consultant contract. The JTA Board voted unanimously to authorize CEO Nat Ford to negotiate a contract with the design team. The $33 million regional transportation center will incorporate taxis, rental car services, ride sharing, bus and future rail.
The winning RFP response stated, ‘We brought to our team the creative real estate minds of NAI Hallmark Partners so that we could better understand the surrounding parcels highest and best use traits.’
