Jacksonville Multifamily Market Report 2nd Quarter 2023

NAI/Hallmark Partners, LLC ("NAI") has available certain information concerning Market Research and is prepared to furnish such information to the undersigned party (the "Receiver") provided that Receiver and its Representatives (as defined below) agree to the terms and provisions of this Confidentiality Agreement (this "Agreement"). For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Client hereby agrees as follows: 1. The Market Research information provided by NAI under this agreement is intended for the ‘receiver’ party and is to be used solely within the company that the ‘receiver’ owns or is employed by and is receiving this Market Research for. Receiver agrees to use the Market Research information for and within their company and only for their company purposes. 2. Receiver agrees not to disclose this Market Research in ‘whole’ or in ‘part’ to any other party outside of the company’s direct employees. Receiver also agrees not to permit any other party to copy, view or use this Market Research in any way. 3. Receiver will maintain physical (printed document and/or PDF file), administrative and technical security precautions necessary to protect this Market Research from unauthorized disclosure. This agreement constitutes the agreement being made by the ‘Receiver’ to NAI. This agreement and any dispute arising under this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions and any lawsuit will be filed in the courts located in Jacksonville, Florida.
