Christian Harden and Jason Purdy represented the sale of the 39,786 SF warehouse property located at 3633 St Augustine Road in Jacksonville, FL by Boxtown Britelite, LLC to Cross Development Acquisition, LLC and will be converted into a location for Caliber Collision.
“The demand for infill industrial sites continues to be strong in our market”, said Christian Harden, Principal of NAI Hallmark. “While the property did not fit the exact specifications of the buyer, there are very few infill sites available in the submarket and most buyers are not interested in the extensive timeline required to construct a new building.”
The property is located in Jacksonville’s Southside San Marco industrial submarket on St. Augustine Road between University Boulevard and Emerson Street on a one acre lot.
