The transaction was brokered by Senior Vice President Daniel Burkhardt, CCIM and Senior Associate Luke Feldman, MSRE on behalf of the seller, BIC Properties. Bold City Commercial, LLC purchased the Property for $1,230,000.
The Property consists of a two-story, 28,208 square foot office building situated on 2.9 acres of land. At the time of sale, the Property was 71% occupied to a diversified tenant mix from many different industries including accounting, real estate, law, health care, and logistics.
“101 Century 21 Drive was purchased by a group of private investors who were attracted to the in-place cash flow, as well as the value-add potential from the remaining vacancy,” said Luke Feldman, senior associate. “Although challenges remain due to COVID and lending restrictions, private investors remain active in the Jacksonville MSA, especially when it comes to value-add properties.”
