Keith Goldfaden, Daniel Burkhardt and Luke Feldman of NAI Hallmark, a leading commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm in Jacksonville, announced the sale of 8000 & 8001 Belfort Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32256 (the “Property”) on behalf of Acorn Property Holdings. The Property was acquired by RFLED Belfort, LLC. for $7.7 million.
“The offering was extremely competitive, given the Property’s desirable location, institutional quality, and strong in place cash flow with additional upside”, said Daniel Burkhardt, Vice President of NAI Hallmark. Burkhardt added, “The strong demand enabled us to achieve an aggressive cap rate and sales price for our client”.
Situated on ±26-acres, the Property consists of two single-story, multi-tenanted buildings totalling 86,400 SF of office and flex space. At time of sale, the Property was 87% occupied to a diverse group of national and tenants, including iHeartMedia, International Game Technology, Safariland, LLC., Guardian Pharmacy of Jax, LLC, and DRMP, Inc.
