Scope of Service Experience
Carmen Mantay joined the NAI Hallmark brokerage team in 2013 after starting her career in Commercial Real Estate with Coldwell Banker Commercial Benchmark in 2006. Mrs. Mantay’s primary focus is to help local and national medical, professional, investors, business owners and developers with the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties such as medical/professional office, land and investment properties. She has developed a strong local and international network of clients and investors that continues to grow and develop over the past 11 years. Her experience and expertise in the commercial real estate industry allow her to be a strong and strategic negotiator successfully closing complex deals. She is very focused on customer service and her attention to detail helps her offer the best quality in her marketing material and presentations.
Mrs. Mantay was born in Chile and moved to Jacksonville in 1991. She is fluent in Spanish providing training and consulting on best commercial real estate practices to clients from Latin America and USA. She volunteers giving lectures in purchasing and leasing commercial real estate to JU orthodontist graduate school students for the past 3 years. Mrs. Mantay is also a mentor at the UNF Cogging College of Business mentor program.
She is passionate about helping others and in her spare time she enjoys traveling with her husband Frank and daughters Francesca and Isabella, photography, gardening and painting.
Mrs. Mantay has a BS in Building Construction Management from the University of North Florida and she is a CCIM candidate.
Professional Affiliations & Designations
Mrs. Mantay served as a board member for the Mayor’s Hispanic American Advisory Board and a member of NAIOP – Northeast Florida. She has recently joined the NAI Women Leadership committee and is a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women).
