The transaction was brokered by Vice President Bryan J. Mickler and Senior Associate Luke Feldman, CCIM, on behalf of the seller. The buyer is Canaan Chin Baptist Church.
The 12,404 square foot church is located on Atlantic Boulevard between Interstate-95 and University Boulevard. The Property consists of a three-story church featuring offices, classrooms, a full kitchen, an auditorium, a sanctuary with a seating capacity of approximately 210, and a choir area on the third floor.
“For over 50 years, Saint John the Divine located at 3850 Atlantic Boulevard was the spiritual home for so many Greek Orthodox Christians,” said Senior Priest Father Nicholas Louh. “On a personal note, this is where my parents were married, where my children were baptized, and the church where I was ordained. So many lives were changed within the four walls of that church, and I thank all of those who worked tirelessly over the years to make it possible. St. John the Divine Greek Orthodox Church will continue to serve over 400 families throughout Northeast Florida at their new campus, located at 12760 Beach Blvd.
